5. Privacy and Data Collection

FocusRuler is designed with privacy in mind:

• Local Operation: The Software operates entirely on your local device
• No Data Collection: We do not collect, transmit, or store your usage data
• License Validation: License key validation occurs only during initial activation
• Analytics: Our website uses Google Analytics; the desktop application does not

• Standard License: £10 (GBP) - One-time payment for lifetime access
• Student License: £8 (GBP) - 20% discount with valid student email verification
• Free Trial: 14 days - Full feature access, no credit card required

Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with FocusRuler, contact us at support@focusruler.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers
